Gail Hellenbrand (August 27, 1921 – December 29, 1996) was an American politician from New York. ==Life== She was born Gail Abbey Ginsberg on August 27, 1921,〔("HELLENBRAND, GAIL" ) at Social Security Info〕 in Brooklyn. She attended Manual Training High School and Spencer-Eastman Finishing School.〔(''New York Red Book'' ) (1967–1968; pg. 203)〕 On July 29, 1945, she married Julius A.
